I like the overal darkness of those pages, they give a spooky feel to the scene.

the opening scene of naruto shippuden was awesome!!
I never thought that the anime would show the rescue sasuke arc early on
and it was drawn exactly the way I imagined it!! dark w/ ambient light from the candles hoho
I kinda wished that my color version was like that T_T

Awesome!

My favourite panel is the last one, of the last page, featuring Sai peeking round the door. That is stunning. Lots of texture.

I do like how your colouring of these pages is dark, yet everyone can be clearly seen and the lines are still really sharp, yet the overall effect is soft. I don't know how you do that!


And yeah, the anime coloured everything the way I imagined it also. You know that shot of Sasuke standing on the 'cliff' with the light behind him?
