Hmmm i figured out a way to do the highlights so i experimented it on that picture. Better ?
( part of the sky's light reflects on him )

@ Vlado : Heee man. i came up with a much easier technique to color and it looks more realstic and classy ( to me)
I figured out how to do the highlight ( glows and light effects - easy too :-p )
So you can forget the old tutorial i made for you. Maybe i'll do a new one when i got the time ... this
method is much easier and you can really color faster with that.

Plus i already have an idea how to add more details like wrinkles and a skin textur effect maybe :-P
Did you take a closer look at the hair or the hand palm ?
