Well I like it for a fast version but 2 points. I think Kakashis hair should be brighter and the green background looks a bit strange. Still not too bad

i realy like it.. its cell shaded, but still its a very nice cell shade.

this is actually very good in my opinion. kakashi's hair could preferrably be a bit brighter, and i think you should do the eye shine above the lineart to give it a "deeper" look. apart from that, its a real good job, i think, and i like it lots

Yeah, Kakashi's hair... and the highlighting on Naruto's face looks a bit off in comparison with the rest of the picture, try to establish a light source before you start coloring. I really like their clothes and the sky though.
