Ye, cell-shade is simple if you tell about the PG, but not around the BG. I know that kishimoto's lines are without a specific background, but you can do better than a simple yellow-green bg.

Stop caring about anime style cell shading and develop your own style. Or do some more difficult pages like some character's ultra skills (susanoo...)

oh no, i didn't meant it like that, well see, when you use such hard shades it's called cell-shading (or anime style) so i name it like that. But i also try to make something like i like it or that it suits my style ... so i'm at developing my own style, but cell-shading is the base

This is good, though it is indeed too simple. If you wanna go on with cell shading and have good details you should try to go deeper in the shading, I mean, don't only use one layer of shading -or color whatever you want to call it-, you can use 2/3/4 as long as they're really good placed so that they aren't too "overwhelming" on the coloring itself.

Not bad Kazi, it seems like you're improving little by little. I like the green background, although it's on the simple side, it still looks cool. The thing that I noticed, was that the shadow for Naruto's lifted left hand is very accurate in shape. All though your overall shading skills can be better, I thought your accuracy was good. Some colorist have some strangely shaped shadows, and light reflection where it's not needed. Fortunately, you do a fairly accurate job for a beginner Kazi, so keep it up.
