It is a bit of a cop out to use a filter like this, but it does give it a nice feel.

Wow, I like the coloring. It looks like a comic book style coloring. I think you got it right for the picture you shown up there. All the other pictures seem to be too much blur. On the picture Sakura is moving in the background so she should be in blur motion as to Sasuke he is in the front so he should be in focus. (just like if someone were filming him with a real camra up front)
