the colors are not so bad , i would say they are pretty decent, but the rain effect is just no, try bluring the BK and adding rain drops on his clothes and hair, and btw when i 1st looked at it, i tought it was stretched like granny pants xD,

Btw off topic, can you say for 100& that he doesnt look like Obito now ?

Agreed.Furthermore it's too saturated for the whole mood and the colors don't really fit together.
Also the lineart,especially in the head area is off.That's probably because you used the spoiler image for the lines.
