I don't like this one as much as your previous one for the following reasons.The characters in the foreground are way too simply shaded,if they are shaded at all.It doesn't look bad and I know what kind of effect you had in mind,but I'm sure you could do better than that with some more effort.You could make them a little darker and create the same contrasting effect as in the manga version.Moving on,I'd like to mention that the Mizukage's jutsu is too...striking and almost piercing me if i may say so.It does not really give me this overwhelming and ominous feeling,which i pictured during my read.Then again,it's part of your very dynamic style and simply a matter of taste,so you can basically forget this part.Other than that,the sky is fantastic and the rocks are good as well,even though they could use a certain roughness.
That might've sounded harsh,but i like the picture.It's just that i know you can do even better.
