We know creating black rukh is quite easy... It can probably be created even from animals and maybe even plants, if you know Ithnan's techniques (using your own black rukh to infect another living being...). We also know a sufficiently powerful/suficiently trained individual can hold an obscene amount of black rukh inside their body... Judar held the black rukh of 10,000+ people, Sinbad held the black rukh of most inhabitants of Sindria 1.0...
So, how come every member of Al Thamen wasn't as powerful as a Magi? If say Ithnan or Falan had the black rukh of thousands of people inside their bodies, they would probably be able to stand up to a Magi's power... Could it be that their disposeable doll-bodies couldn't hold that much rukh? And if so, why didn't they bother getting real bodies like Arba did?
What is more... do you think it takes a special person to hold that much rukh? Judar and Arba were Magi, Mogamett a superbly skilled wizard (and he died afterwards...), Sinbad was... well Sinbad...
Do you think the reason it took Arba so long to try to create a Medium of her own was that she couldn't find the right person?
As for people with white rukh... do you think there is a way for people with white rukh to assimilate more rukh into their own too? A dead person can choose to merge their rukh into that of a living one, but, is there a way for a magician to say, grab an animal or plant and assimilate its rukh? Maybe erasing its mind like Belial did and imprinting your own mind in its rukh, like Ithnan did to its victims?
Rotter certainly merged his mind with that of a lot of rats... do you think he shared his rukh too? What was done to Rotter, could be used to augment a magician's rukh?
