Question A site related (dumb) question

I just uploaded about 7 translations to the site for the manga Holyland (36, 39 - 44). Why don't I see them in the translations section now? I can see them in my own user page, but it looks like they're all 'Pending' for some reason.

Can someone help me out here? Totally new with this site.
