Ace and Luffy reverse roles...

What would have happened in this Scenario...

Ace misses his shot at Blackbeard... and Blackbeard captures Luffy before he leaves Thriller Bark and turns him in...

Sengoku 2 weeks prior that Luffy is Dragon's son... and to prepare for a war... instead of the Whitebeard War... we get the Revolutionary war...

Since This announcement is made before SA, Kuma is still normal and on the side of the RA...

Ace uses Jimbei to sneak into Impel Down, similar to how Hancock snuck Luffy in (except less close, lol)

How Ace do in Impel Down assuming he get's the same allies as Luffy did... Buggy, Mr. 3, Mr. 2, The Okamas, Crocodile, Mr. 1...

But no Jimbei as he leaves afterwards, but in Jimbei's place we get the Strawhat Crew...

Scenario One -- How would Ace do in Luffy's place in Impel Down...

Scenario Two -- Assuming That Fails, How would Ace do in the Revolutionary War... Instead of Whitebeard's Crew, we get a revolutionary army including Dragon, Ivanokov, Inuzuma, and Kuma, and as many "fodder characters as whitebeard had"

Still it's an interesting scenario. I vote for Ace saving Luffy since I couldn't imagine Luffy dying. But what I'd want to see is a three way brawl. Whitebeard pirates, Marines and the RA. That would be awesome.

I think that Ace would rescue Luffy in Impel Down without major problems. Luffy missed Ace por a few minutes and that happened with him missing several hours in treatment. Knowing that Ace was stronger than Luffy and had logia powers, i think that he would not miss have too many problems to get Luffy in time.
Off topic - I also think that WB should have atacked ID instead off Marineford

And about the war, i don't know... i have no idea of the RA power.

Luffy would find some way to get to ivankov even if he is stuck in level 6. Perhaps if luffy is used to bring forth a war with the revolutionary army ivankov himself would act. He is already inside ID so it would make sense he would reach him. Ace perhaps would still go to ID and trash the place and cause a rocus although he'd probably just barge in the front door.

I bet Ace would free Nami, Usopp, and Chopper on the Lv. 1... Buggy joins in...

question... How do those three make it to the hole on the 1st Lv. ... do you think Buggy can pick them all up...

Ace could probably save luffy on his own. Because i dont know of anyone in ID that can take him on. Magellan is super strong but can he hit a fire logia? Ace would on his way down free all the SH. And i believe that both sanji and zoro can take on 1 of the awakened zoans and so can croco and Ace.

But in the case that Ace fails and Luffy gets taken to MF. There would be a 3 to 1.5 battle. WB (but not his allies), Shanks and RA against the 3 warlords and the marines. Yeah only 3 warlords. Jimbei is on Aces side, Mihawk wont fight against shanks, Blackbeard wont participate because of his plan and no Kuma. So I think they can pull it off and save Luffy.

And here is a third option. Cobra Nefertari, Dalton and Iceburg will protest against the execution. But there are 2 mayor flaws with this theory.
1) I wont have any effect. Because the WG arent that forgiving.
2) They wont come out and say that they are allies and jeopardize the safety of there nations. Because as we know the WG arent that forgiving.

COcodrile and ace can most likely take the 3 awakened zoans without that much trouble lol. Zoro and sanji would most likely be capable of handling 1 of them on their own at most.

I also think ace has a good chance of being able to save luffy on his own. From what we saw in ID, there was little that could actually be done to him that would stop him. They had kairosaki weapons but I doubt cannon fodder could get to him with that. Above that, the scale of his attacks is of a completely different one from the one of crocodile or jimbei. In that sense, he could actually defend himself from magellans poison for the most part. He still has to be careful but as long as he makes it a point to not drag out the battle he has the advantage.

I voted "Ace saves Luffy in ID". The reasons were given above.

However , if for an unknown reason , he had failed in the prison , I assume that he would ended up killed in the war. As Dragon.
