well no one really know her true self so no i dont think anyone is personally close to her. which is why she get lost in her owns fantasies

Adori

Adori Jahad. The strongest Princess. The Captain of Jahad’s Royal Guards.
Wielding the only S-rank weapon of the 13 Months Series, the Golden November, she has a multitude of both male and female fans because of her golden hair and beautiful face.

Although she is a ranker above rankers, she has no noticeable accomplishments or achievements. And even though she is the Captain of Jahad’s Royal Guards, because she does not like wandering around, she rarely participates in active duty.
Even with this, she is still entrusted with the Captain of the Guards position.

Why?

Only one reason:

Her unfathomable strength.

Even before she became a ranker, she defeated an upper level ranker (quite easily), and even Garam Jahad was overwhelmingly pushed to her limits before her. (Before the Anne Jahad incident, Garam and Adori fought once. It hadn’t been 100 years since Adori became a ranker, yet she was able to overwhelm Garam.) And since then, in the few fights against rankers, she defeated all of them with overwhelming combat prowess.

Many people compare her to Anne Jahad, but no one can easily determine who is stronger between the two. The debate still rages on today and is a favored topic of discussion amongst rankers.

Adori is known to be a cold and quiet person. She has little care for the happenings of the world, and she often gets lost in her own fantasies; however there are many secrets in her private life and no one really knows her true self.

But.
It is widely known that she will allow a person she likes to call her by her birth name.
(Her birth name is Adoru).

The "no one really knows her true self" part I think disqualifies the idea that she has a boyfriend or anybody close to her.

If I were a betting man I would put a lot of money on her asking Baam to call her Adoru at some point.

I had the same idea as @Ripcord excepted the "Zahard killed his/her friend" part. But I don't think she had a lover before. I think it's possible that she has an intimate friend that people are unaware of.

Btw, I think mostly of things SIU said once aren't true anymore. In the blog post is said that Adori has golden hair, but we all saw her white hair.

Are you sure? I remember him mentioning Androssi, not Adori. Princesses are celebrities anyway.

I had the same idea as @Ripcord excepted the "Zahard killed his/her friend" part. But I don't think she had a lover before. I think it's possible that she has an intimate friend that people are unaware of.

It's possible but the impression I get from the description is kind of a solitary daydreamer. The "nobody knows her true self" thing. To me that sounds like some aloof badass who seems really harsh but is secretly doings stuff like writing love poems in a diary and reading romance novels.

That's the mental picture I have anyway.

same here and i think thats the reason why zahard send kalavan instead of her to deal with bam. could be a good hint other commender are all zahard princesses.

It would greatly add to her rivalry with Anne If Bam ends up being in love with the jailed princess and Adori has fallen in love with Bam. I foresee Bam finding his true love in Anne, and since they are rivals (Adori and Anne) then Adori being rejected would only add to the drama.

It could be. I'll be the first to admit that we're extrapolating a lot from very little information here. So we can't rule out anything.

Adori also has a 13 months. I find it unlikely that they could break the immortality contract of the 10 heads but it’s not an impossibility.

No even with 13 month its in the contract made with admistrator regulars and rankers cannot kill zahard and 10 heads immortality. Only a Irregular who didnt made contract

Well it should be said that whether Adori could kill him or not doesn't necessarily mean she isn't stronger. She could still probably beat him 99.9% of the way to being dead.

Or maybe not.

We don't really know a lot about the strengths and limits of those contracts. What we do know is that Adori is ranked on almost pure strength above where Gustav is with everything he's got. So if we were betting on who would win a fight between the two of them I'm taking Adori for sure.

i highly doubt that any regular can beat an irregular at his full potential. That will just ruin the whole dynamic of the plot.
Gustang was dismissive of the whole lot and said only Urek and Bam are their equals.
Also i DOUBT big time that zahard will be handing weapons that can potentially kill him to bunch of girls who are supposed to fight each other to marry him. Yeah like betrayal and if i cant have you no one can and what not sentiment will not play out.

Edwaru could have made the weapons with a failsafe in secret. Maybe not individually but perhaps together they’re enough to hurt Zahard.

together, they’re meant to be keys to open the 135th floor. It’s never been hyped to be a immortal slaying weapon.
