Okay, could someone post the page where we see Kazu leaning against a (military/air force) fence..I think its one of the chapter cover pages....but i just cant remeber from which parts of the manga that would be.

Also when Kazu is holding out his hand up into the sky as if he can almost grab the moon...I just want to check out those pages again for some inspiration on a project im working on.

P.S. Also the cover page of Ikki standing in a field before cross roads...Its one of the more recent chapters but my net is so laggy and I dont have the time to go through each page...

Something that's been bothering my ever since i started reading AG was O!G's (anti)obsession with everthing connected to russia.

I mean, remember the first chapter, hourlong waits at supermarkets? The he**? Well, i just thought, supermakets are supermarkets, bear with it. But no! What do we get next? Potemkin Octuplets, who don't want to leave their ship, only so they can get money

That's not all. The latest thing happens in Gazelle's flashback, where Kaito pulls a fish down a russian officier a**

Anyone knows why O!G is so (anti)obsessed with russia?

SPECULATIVE POST: Didn't Russia occupy one of the Japanese islands until very recently. I think they still may occupy it. Things like that can stem the tide of the feelings our children inherit. Sins of the father and all that.

disclaimer: I have never read any interview where Oh!G has brought this up, I'm just speculating on a possibility maybe even to be considered an improbability.

I thought i said i didn't want to turn this into politics. There's the cultur clash section for it.

Anyway, i just mean, that if O!G really has some problem with russia, he should express it in some other way, not through AG. AG is a shonen manga, which is famous for it's jokes/ecchi/art. One owns political views sholdn't be insered into one's manga. Even if it is as popular as AG.

I don't think O!G has a problem with Russia in particular at all. All nationalities seem to be fair game to him.

I don't know if it's been mentioned explicitly in the manga but was Nike in the military at some point? There must be a reason he carries a combat knife, wears combat trousers and is built like a tank.

It never stated which branch of service he was in but yeah he was in the military.

Anybody here sick of the battle on the Ship? How long has it been? I love the art work of the series but it can be hard to process sometimes.

oh, and did anyone else notice that the escape pod/ship looks a bit like the elevator in the tower (the forest)? and the good news is that this last chapter is a double issue so we technically there is no new chapter for any series next week and then we wait one more week before air gear comes back in issue 39.
