Ok yeah perhaps that was not the word I meant, He is a criminal, technically, because he rebelled to what seems a dictatorship kinda regime. Had luffy engaged his voyage on our days world rules, he would have not been a crminal.
And he has not stolen? Or killed anyone, so far. Some of his crew mates did out of necessity, but tend to be peaceful and calm and nice themselfs too.

could go either way IMO, and i'd lean towards kizaru due to akainu being pretty slow compared to kizaru.

Kizaru is one of my favorite characters but I think in terms of power he is inferior to Akainu. Akainu is one of the strongest characters in the OP universe and while Kizaru is pretty strong aswell I just don't see him standing a chance. It would be good though (not completely one sided).

Kizaru will loose if they fight inside the ring, but Akainu is a sinker so he has big constrains if he fights with Kizaru on the oceans.

I think Kizaru got the age by elemental power, Akainu power seem more destructive but so slow !
But in other hand I think that Ice Power of Kuzan could help against light I always look at the amiral like that Akainu>Kuzan>Kizaru>Akainu.

to be honest i dont think that kizaru should have pew pew laser power, its the light light fruit right?
A character that can move at the speed of light as well as blind people with light is op enough without also being able to vaporize nearly anything. Simply because he can move so fast would make observation haki useless against him.
