Anime League Anime League - Fall 2020

[Smilzyy]

Jujutsu Kaisen
Yuukoku no Moriarty
Fire Force

[Nii]

Jujutsu Kaisen (that sudden powerlevel spike lol)
Akudama Drive (well, that escalated quickly... I knew I could count on Kodaka)
Haikyuu (Someone's always watching)

@Erinyes you're totally right about Haikyuu, had the same feeling back when this happened in the manga. And while I think the anime is still pretty good, it also can't live up to the level of Season 3. I assure you that in the next season (it just hast to happen) you will get your top Haikyuu content though, with some really great moments

[Jammin]

I'm behind on a lot of anime right now but..

Danmachi (Really good if you can overlook some painful adaptation issues.)
Jujutsu Kaisen (When you realize the mentor character isn't Kakashi but rather Saitama.)
Fire Force (The mortality rate in this arc is impressive.)

[Sky]

Woah what a week...

Fire Force - I did not expect an atom bomb. Damn.
Tonikaku Kawaii - HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG! Also I kinda want to try lime udon now.
Haikyuu!! - Leave it to this show to randomly give a new char the spotlight. And he is glorious.

Others:
Black Clover - Probably one of the best episodes of the year, animation wise.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens - MAXIMUM SHOKAN
Digimon - This show is on steroids and I love it.

[Kurumi Tokisaki]

Jujutsu Kaisen
Akudama Drive

[Aurelius]

Jujutsu Kaisen
Gojo should've been nominated for husbando wars.

Fire Force
Hajiki is too good at COD zombies .
