Ladies and Gentleman, dear Otakus,
welcome to MangaHelpers' first season of the Anime League!

About

• This league has one purpose and one alone. To crown the best Anime of the season.

Rules

• Every user gets to nominate his top 3 episodes of the week in THIS thread.
• Nominating day is on sunday. It is possible to nominate BEFORE that day, but NOT after it.
• A week goes from Sunday to Saturday. The Nomination day for that whole week is the day AFTER that Saturday. For example: This week goes from Jan 1st to Jan 7th, 23:59 CET. Voting day for this week would be the 8th till 23:59 CET.
• The nominations get counted. The Anime with the most votes in total wins the league.
• There won't be a restriction for Anime which have no threads here
• Only TV shows count (no OVA, no movies, no ONA)

Results

• We will post an updated chart each week to keep you updated about which Anime is leading so far.
• Every user who voted for the winning Anime has the chance to win a badge. So keep on nominating!

Gintama 01 is for week one I think since it aired Sunday. LW Academia for week 2.

Gintama aired on Sunday so it belongs to week 2.
As written above, the next week starts with the voting sunday.

No, that's wrong. Both count for Week 02. Everything that aired before Sunday is Week 01. Each Sunday starts a new week, that's why Sunday is the last day to name your weekly favourites. For example you can already name Gintama E1 and LWA E1 for this week Erin, but your last chance is this upcoming Sunday. I think people are mistaking Sunday as the only day where they can name their favourites, but they can do so the whole week, and just edit their post until Monday morning if they change their mind.

Basically it's like this:

Week 01: 1st January (Sunday) - 7th January (Saturday) - stating your favourites of the week possible until 8th January (Sunday)
Week 02: 8th January (Sunday) - 14th January (Saturday) - stating your favourites of the week possible until 15th January (Sunday)

and so on.
