Question what program did you colour this with? Its looks good but I can see possible improvements if you

1. Do the hair a little better ( i know its hard - i suck at hair too!)

2. Blurred the the shadings a bit so it has a smoother look to it.

But its good keep at it!

But I would prefer the word "NARUTO" is being highlighted as opposed to dim it.
Would make it more standout I guess.

Yeah the naruto logo comes a bit strange. However its not that bad, the only thing which I dont like is the hair but thats one of the hardest parts...!
