Cleaning any nice grays?

i kno that there's the gray posted in the MH cleaning tut (called gris).
i want to kno what other good grays are there? i have a few but i don't really like them.(looks too unnatural). any suggestions?

I reccomend using screentones instead of photoshop-generated grain patterns. They look a lot better.

Grab "Dots and Screens 1" and "Dots and Screens 2."

Dots and Screens seem to be for photoshop 7 only. At least it says so on that page, and I can't find them in my cs3. Is it possible to convert a pattern for use in cs3?

Also I found a really nice one called Vintage Gray here- http://www.patternhead.com/products/vintage-gray , but it costs and I can't find it anywhere else. Anyone know of any others.

hmm Dots And Screens Seems To Work Fine In My Photoshop CS3, Yeah It Does Seem Though its hard to load them, as I Couldn't at first......

Hmm. I'm on vista and my .pats are in my appdata\roaming\adobe\adobe photoshop cs3\presets\patterns folder. i have gris there too, and that shows up. Where are yours? Maybe I should place them in my program files folder. Also how does dots and screen show up? I have a load of patterns, some named dots, and some named screens. Are the two dots and screen files just two files, or do they contain multiple patterns like a zip file.

Edit- Okay, I think I figured it out. Each dots and screens does contain multiple patterns. I was looking for 2 files named dots and screens, so that is where I went wrong.

K, Microsoft Windows XP, Version 2002, Sevice Pack 2, Mines Are Contained In C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Presets\Patterns And They Show Up Likes This Loading It, Loaded

Yeah thats what I saw. I now have gris, and those 2 patterns, and nothing else in the selection box, which is the way I want it. Thanks.
