What's done is done - ain't much we can do about it now - and discussing it, all over the place, constantly, really isn't helping as much as you may feel it might...

Everybody wants to win and Seraph did a one time mistake to win. He came out and apologised and now everything should be cool between him and everyone else.

I am not too bothered by the mistake because I do not take these contests seriously but others might so I can't speak for others but speaking for myself, I forgive him.

@Seraph Don't be discouraged (both here and out there), just try your best and if you need help just speak to your family members, especially parents. Their advice works like magic.

I would hate to see you quit the forum, love seeing you in One Piece discussion and I also want to see your new contest submission.

P.S. Those who take these contest seriously, I ask you to forgive him too. Thanks.

Time to change the subject fo realz.


Did you know that for some dumb reason “freestyle” was/is the common name for portable cassette players (like Walkman) in Sweden. Given that the theme looks like it’ll be ‘Witch’, this will be my motivation/inspiration for the next contest.

Ha! Did not know that! My friend from uni is travelling to a uni in Sweden in semester 2. Might as well show him.

In the recent contests I have no idea what to do. My poem sucks and I have no friends (like real? No). I hope I get some Idea when witch contest comes out.

I have a question. Freestyle means that ypu can submit any kind of work right? Such as; banner, photography....

Yes, it is like Manhwa Special Contest. You can submit any kind, be it banner, avatar and signature set, photography, drawing, poem, short story, and many more.

I also have a question.

Say ‘Witch’ is the elected theme of the contest, and one would write a story about it.. how important is the whole “Witch” aspect? Does it have to be a story about witches? Is it enough if there is a witch character in there?

Guess what I’m asking is, does the project have to be directly centered around the theme or is it just a sort of loose interpretation situation?

It doesnt have to be centered in witches and you can add your own interpretation, but it's important that the theme plays a relevant part in your story ^^
