I don't think so as Haku's MP would have to be the same/similar to the other DDK, and they have to have physical bodies that can withstand their magic power. Wendy has her potential awoken which makes her massively stronger than before.

I wouldn't be so sure. Without his hax all Haku had is his speed. He most likely doesn't have any attack that can even knock Lucy out.
