And I know you're short on time, but you should really give Nier:Automata a try if you can. Normally I would say you should play "Nier" first, but that's prolly asking for too much and Automata still is an awesome game, even if you didn't play the prequel (because mostly completely new chars etc., so no need to worry too much). Rich characters, a fascinating and intriguing story + an entertaining gameplay, you can't ask for much more. But enough with advertising the game lol...

Hm, no Natsume campaigning yet so I'll wait with the vote for longer, but leaning towards 2B currently. Though it somehow always bothered me that her eyes are constantly covered, looks very uncomfortable.

Well, a lot of people are not really rallying towards Aya (since Maya is clearly hotter/cooler/stronger, even I personally prefer Maya over Aya, character wise)

Aya as a waifu:

Well it all started with the Natsume tradition on which guys who saw their naked body should marry them where Souichiro unintentionally got involved after crashing to the shower where Aya is taking a bath.

Then Aya started doing things to make Souichiro fall in love with her and made efforts for him/gets clingy unaware that Souichiro is in love in Maya. Aya eventually found out and broke her heart.

But in the end (in Tenjho Tenge: The Ultimate OVA) Aya declares that she will still fight for her love declaring it in front of Souichiro.
This is just pretty much just telling the story of Tenjho Tenge than actually promoting Aya :

Why Aya over Maya:

Maya works better as a strong independent character. Aya is the waifu material over the two.

Aya actually fought for her love despite having a rival who's formidable, since Souichiro is pretty much head over heels in love with Maya.

Maya was stuck on a love polygon (probably a square/trapezoid, including a incestuos one with her brother, Shin, Mitsuomi and Souichiro) and she didn't really dealt with the romance hence making her a better independent character

Why Aya over 2B:

I have no idea who 2B is and so I can't really send banters against her.

I'm starting to think defending Aya at this point is futile since 2B is clearly more popular. /ff GG
