And then Traumerei himself in more recent chapters seems to put Baam ahead of the trifles, claiming he is different then them, "them" being the tower residents, and if not wrong in my guess, based on the translations he personally came to meet Baam.

In general, I wonder how the meetings of Baam and other irregulars will turn out to be?

The previous encounters you mentioned were friendly. The respect for Baam being an irregular will still be there with Trau but I think SIU will use the opportunity to highlight that there is still a big difference between them.

So to answer the question of how it will turn out... well, I guess it won't turn out very good for Baam.
