Perhaps as a shout out to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Oda will make two of Kaido's minions a rhino and a warthog like Bebop and Rocksteady. You have to admit, it would be a perfect opportunity.

Uh, I think Smiles have a variety of Zoan forms. It'd be pretty redundant if all of Kaido's men had the same powers.

hmmm... we didn't know yet whether SMILE produce only one time per one kind of fruit or multiple times of the same fruit, yes? - then if SMILE can produce the same artifical fruit over and over then Kaido might have multiple subordinates with the same power

you mean we can't have more than two rhino devil fruit?
well, Minorhinoceros might ate the real devil fruit and Kaido have artificial devil fruit so Rocksteady can be rhino too​

I don't expect this thread to be exceptionally long lived but this is something that kinda bothers me. So far most yonko crews have been exceptionally numerous. But towering over those hundreds or thousands of members you usually have a yonko's core crewmembers who make up basically the bulk of their power. So far it has gone more or less like this:

1.- The Whitebeard Pirates: They had 16 commanders and also 53 allies crews with captains. Out of them Marco, jozu and vista seemed to be the strongest and the ones in charge.

2.- The Red hair pirates: At a minimum it has the core crewmembers that showed up at marineford to stop the war. I assume they have affiliated pirate crews.

3.- The Big mom pirates: They have the 3 sweet commanders. And beneath them are pretty much all of big mom's children. Out of those children the ones that seem to stand out the most based on what we saw and how they were introduced were.... Snack, perospero, oven, daifuku, composte... And there are many other sons and daughters who seem to have some power. Add to that numerous affiliated pirate crews and fighters.. rooks, fighters and whatnot.

4.- The Blackbeard pirates: The crew has its ten giants, each of whom commands a division. Crew structure seems inspired on WB's crew.

Anyways, in very broad terms a yonko crew seems to have more or less the following:

A yonko captain
3-4 top commanders
10-ish commanders that make up the remaining core crewmembers. Big mom might have the most people in this category.
Affiliated crews. Fighters and rooks for big mom. Headliners appear to be the comparable equivalent in kaido's crew.
Then the militias...

Now, looking at kaido's crew so far... it appears he is missing what would be equivalent to the 10-ish commanders other yonko crews appear to have. Obviously you have king, queen and jack which take up a position in the crew comparable to sweet commanders. But the next immediate ranks we know of are the headliners and they seem.... just weak. Sure, hawkins is among them but even he seems like less of a threat than perospero or several other of big mom's children.

So... what do you guys think? Will we be introduced to more of kaido's crewmembers? As in, specifically people comparable to WB's commanders or big mom's stronger children... Or in the structure we have seen pretty much it? Kaido's crew doesn't appear to be much of a threat without more and more powerful crewmembers than we have seen so far.

Well, the Shogun mostly governs Wano, so the majority of the crew seems to be in Onigashima.

I also want to see more though, and I think we will eventually get comparable numbers to the other Yonko crews. Though I think Kaido's crew could be a bit weaker at the top end, something for which the 500 Gifters can easily make up though. We consider people like Alpacaman fodder, but I think these already compare to the weaker executives of other crews, people like Charlotte Laurin or Great Michael or something. I don't think all 500 will be named this time though. Also keep in mind that most Yonko executives were only named in SBS, databooks and the magazine. We were likely already introduced to some characters that will only be named this way, for example there was a Gifter on Zou with a Wolf arm who got a little highlighting moment, he will likely be named Wolfman.

Btw Whitebeard had 43 allied crews, but there are 44 captains due to the Decalvan Brothers being two

Also I think there will be more Big Mom Pirates to be named as well as the Manga barely touched the Chess Piece combatants and focused more on the Charlottes. I think the people that Tamago was talking with during Mama's first Tantrum (the one that Jinbe stopped) are characters that will be named.

Right underneath the 3 commanders are the Flying 6. Under them are the headliners. Hawkins is one of those, so we can probably assume there are 2 or 3 more at his level, and suddenly you have your 10 pretty strong guys under the commanders.

It's not even confirmed that WB had more as only Marco, Ace, Jozu and Vista have more than one or two panels of good feats. Someone like Atmos seems more comparable to Opera than Yonko Top 10.

Also the headliners are underrated. Sheepshead fought with the Minks for days and was still in good shape afterwards, it was just bad luck to run into Sanji and Brook. Bobbin is a standout in Big Mom's crew and was defeated just as easy by Sanji alone. Similarly, Holdem, Dobon and Babanuki all picked up a fight with the wrong person...Luffy.
The Straw Hats are all already past most noteworthy fighters in the Yonko crews, but that doesn't mean that all of these are trash, they are all elite pirates in their own rights.

Agreed. Too many people say some characters are fodders but forget how far our heroes have come. Sanji almost got raped by hundreds of people. Trapped on an island. They have truly come far. The good thing that comes out of all of this is how power is scaled. The Strawhats overcame many life and death situations to be able to grow this far. That is why the first half of the grand line is called paradise. Get stronger; adapt; conquer or go home. Now that they are in the New World, even if their oppinents aren't able to beat them, their opponents would take down the likes of Arlong no problem.

It would to get a small little side story of Nami dreaming about how much more empowered she is now and in her Dream her current self meets past Arlong. She zap tortures him and takes his treasure and her eyes becomes the money sign. That'd be one satisfying dream.
