Anyway, as for your take..

I like the simple yet efficient stuff. You didn't complicate with heavy details and managed to get it right. I like the hand and the joints in them, The colors could use a peachy or pinkish touch because they look pale...even for her.
Very pale skin needs a touch of warm colors instead of gray

The hair, you forgot a chunk behind her right shoulder but the detailing in it is very well done ...(though the lineart contrasts a bit with the strand definition)

Head band is impressive, my compliments...and the cloths are well shaded...

I guess that's it, good work ^^
