If we talk about Best Comedy manga I first think about Beelzebub.:) It's just pure comedy, even when the chapter first looks to be rather serious.:)

From the list, there are only 2 which are 2 pure comedies. Gintama and Sket Dance. I voted for Sket Dance since I enjoy it more than Gintama at the moment.
