Fullmetal Alchemist for sure, then Dragon Ball.

I'll say Gon, by Masashi Tanaka. The manga doesn't have scenario, dialogues or even onomatopœiae. Only draws. Detailed and realistic ones. It's flabbergasting.
It's fun, and sometimes, tough. You don't read this manga, you admire it. And, it was my first manga, too.

By Dragon Ball, I mean from Bulma meeting Goku for the first time to Goku beating Piccolo Jr. Z got worse after Namek, though it was still good before the 7-year timeskip.

I want to say Naruto, but Part II got worse, with the War arc being trash. Part I Naruto was gold though. Yu Yu Hakusho would be one of the best but the first and last arcs weren't good. :<
