She left the most impression on me was during the time when she became obsessed with fighting Erza with her personal reasons and intentions and gradually how she was able to come around to return to her true self. She was also being accepted by her guild mates in which none of them held any grudges over her selfish behaviour. Everyone continues to address her as their "Oujo".

I'm happy that she is one of the nominees. I like the others too.

The reason I'm attracted to Mirajane not because of how she looks, but of how much she has grown up to be a fine woman. No doubt she is sweet and cute, but her attractiveness comes from her character.

She is seen to be very motherly toward her siblings. When she was young, she was despised by her village people and was labelled as a "demon" (or monster) due to her unusual ability. However she endured the hardship and continued to shield and protect her siblings. In some moments, she also shows her discontentment and frustration which is totally natural for a human being. We do have our temperaments and sometimes we lose our cool and flair out. But she does not seem to give up and is always with them, taking care of their well-being. She also struggled through with grief when Lisanna died (pseudo-death to be more precise). But she did not give up on herself or the other sibling who is still alive.

She works in the guild bar and she appears to be very diligent in her job and is always with a smile. That is a good quality for someone at the front line. Have you gone to a bar or restaurant where the waiters/waitresses hold a sulky face when serving you? Well, I don't see that in Mirajane. I don't even see her complaining. She is like smiling off her worries.

Overall, as a minor character, I think she is presented well.
