Through the love towards her unborn child she kept him inside her for three extra months to keep him safe, sacrificing herself in the process. Alright, maybe that's not an act of "parenting" per se, but still.. Pretty great mom move.

My first nomination is Otohime, for all that she did in not only trying to strengthen relations between humans and fishmen/merfolk but also instilling her boys strong character and determination to look after their sister and do well by their people.

Second nomination and support goes to Dadan for raising both Ace, Luffy; initially against her wishes too.

Third, Whitebeard; for fostering some of the most infamous pirates on the blue seas and risking the status quo to save his own.

Kyros graps my meaning of a good parent. No matter what and how, he was there for his daughter and even hiding the fact of the parentage to don't raise trauma on her child and keeping her safe from Doflamingo.

Dude went to War with the Government to save only one of his children and then sacrificed his life so that the others could escape. I mean, what more could you want?

Yup, voted Whiteboard as well for the reason stated above.

The man wasn't even a real father, and yet he managed to show more affection towards every single one of his "children" than most other parents could dream of. A true family man with the right values.

WHITEBEARD and him alone.....

As stated above , he was not a real father .(Well saying that may be an insult to his Epicness and quality, morals and values he depicted) , but yeah, he did go with a war for a single child against the whole world.He loved them all equally . He gave them the freedom they desired , the name WB and always believed that his fame and power everything was due to his sons but when actuality was quite different.

His only desire was the family and nothing else when he easily could have been PK. But, he did not . He not only loved his own commanders and his grp as his sons but all of the allies of WB as his sons too and was willing to go as far as he could for his sons..

He took the actions of ACE as his own order and did not let his son feel ashamed in front of the world.

The best example is HIM FORGIVING SQUARDO like nothing happened , just saw it as the mistake of a child when it was a grievous injury and also reason for most of the time his strength failed.....So, who is better than such a parent ?

Except DADAN & BELLMERE , all of them whatever they did was for their own blood and flesh . But no one has gone as far as this man has gone.So, No one is better choice except only this man WB.

Just hats off to WB .
