After 2 weeks of wait, Kishimoto shows up with a very strong, interesting and overall revolutionary chapter, introducing elements never used in shounen manga before, please don't forget to read my thoughts @ the bottom of this post. The chapter starts with a surprised and shocked Naruto, who just found out about his mother being a Jinchuuriki, as Kushina starts to reveals the origins of Uzumaki in Konoha. Some theories have been around for quite a good time, two of these have been proven right, the first about the land of fire absorbing the whirlpool, as map shown by Kushina implies this reality clearly.
This was part of one of the two theories that this chapter proven right, the theory was that the fire land absorbed the whirlpool's, that was proven correct with this chapter.
Naruto engages after knowing that her mother was being used as tool, a vessel to contain the beast, seriously at this point, this very specific point, he was just in the same path as Sasuke, developing feelings of anger and hatred towards Konoha...
A theory now proven wrong, was about Naruto being a Senju. This theory got even more strength after Madara remarks in relation of seeing Shodaime Hokage in him. But Naruto now shines for his own descent, even if distant blood related with the Senju, Naruto is an Uzumaki, that is now written in stone.
As we learn about Kushina and her origins, we learn more about of Uzu shio Gakure no sato and the Uzumaki. Like their distant cousins, the people of Uzu shio, were blessed with particular bodies, in this case being recognized for living for really long time, but they were also recognized for their sealing techniques, as Kushina reveals.
This well recognized ability was the reason of their doom, it isn't the first time people are attacked by other due the fear that instill their abilities, Haku was the first example in the manga, although in this case, the man goes a whole new level.
It totally make sense, the fear towards a nation capable of sealing all the bijuu with the techniques, if that situation ever happened, is clear that the rest of the nations would have to surrender to the will and power of that nation.
Mito and Hashirama
The bonds of Uzu Shi Gakure no Sato and Konoha Gakure no sato, are better evidenced with the union of Mito and Hashirama, Mito was revealed as the first person to seal the Kyuubi, becoming herself the first Jinchuuriki "human sacrifice" of this bijuu.
Kushina reveals Mito and herself as being powerful Kunoichis, this statement as seen in the second panel, clearly reveals that Kushina considered Mito and herself being strong and blushes whit the fact they were not only Jinchuuriki, but that they also became Hokage's wives.
Mito, vs the Kyuubi
More details are revealed about the battle between Hashirama and Madara, not only that Madara controlled the nine tails, but that his power weren't enough to fight the man who in Madara's word, was at the top of the shinobi world, Senju Hashirama, as it revealed that during their fight Hashirama gained control over the Kyuubi, allowing Mito to perform the sealing over her own body, without dying in the process.
Is clear that Mito were also brought to Konoha to seal the bijuu, but the details about her arrival are yet to be revealed, but it seems that both became wives of Hokage because they loved them, not because they were forced to marry them, seems clear that the relation between Uzu Shio and Konoha was so strong, that Konoha would trust them, with the power of a Bijuu, this was reaffirmed by using Kushina as host, even if she had an special chakra capable of dealing with the Kyuubi.

Kushina: I felt like I was suffocating under the pressure of being a jinchuuriki and the crushing loneliness that came with it. But then Mito said this to me...
Mito: Ultimately we were brought here to become the vessel of the Kyuubi, but before the beast can be housed...
..do that, and even the Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi may live a happy life.
Naruto: Mom... you were Jinchuuriki but you still were happy ?
On that fateful day...

Sandaime and Yondaime meets, with the presence of their wives both Hokage plan ahead everything for the birth of Minato and Kushina's first and only son, Naruto.
As the conversation progress the name of Uzumaki Mito reappears, as Hiruzen reveals that they did the same for her, when she giving birth her child, child that became Tsunade's parent. Top secret, confidential child birth of which only few knew about.
Kushina: Didn't you have a girl
Mikoto: no a boy... well he does looks like emo.
Like mother, like son. Kushina words bypass her intentions, as a new mother a new mother she asks to fellow mother, forgetting that she must be quiet, Biwaku reminds her to keep a low profile.
Minato: I. uh... I've never seen Kushina in so much pain, are... are you sure she's all right? B
Biwoku: She's fine!, just keep your eyes on the seal!....
Minato was ready for everything, except for the unexpected.. a shadow approaches, their happiness, their dreams as family were about to end, that fateful day.
The happiest day for any parent, would become one the saddest days.
Naruto's story begins as their parent's find their end. The labor ends, Naruto is born... they finally met, snappiness flows in the room. Konoha's strongest man breaks down and cries; pride, happiness, were those feelings in his mind?
However were not done, they never got to finish what they started, as he appears and breaks into the room...

I don't think we'll see so much unless Kushina survived long enough to see the beginning of the fight between Yondaime and Madara, since she is the one telling the story, I think we as far as the Kyuubi gets released and her death.

I edited some pictures from this chapter, as I said, blinktopia took the liberty to rename the whole new village... "eddy". The name of the Village is "Uzu shio".

- Someone from Konoha betrayed them, one of the elders.
- The man behind the mask are two different persons.
- Minato was able to unmask hi, but he didn't get the chance to see his face.
- Tsunade last name might not be senju, it could actually be Uzumaki.
Predictions
