lol ... but even in a manga I can't imagine it ... I mean if you eat someone that person would be dead/gone same as his soul. Well, unless he has a twin brother or sister and they were born joined (His brother or sister's head is a tiny one in his back, shoulder, between his leg (You know always ****) ...)

Some cultures believe that if you eat a person you gain their attributes. But i doubt that blackbeard has done this since it is a shonen manga and eating someone would totally gross out alot of fans.
