Wow, excellent job, GK! I like Urahara the best, but Byakuya looks thre most like his manga counter-part, IMO.

That's almost the original. How did you make them? You looked at some sort of example or drew them free handely. Kampachi's picture can be put in a manga and none will tell the difference. My compliments to you.

Urahara was the only one I really tried to incorporate my style within drawing him. The others were more character studies and also a study of Tite Kubo's style too.

I used references, yes, but I always try to make the drawings a little original, I never like to be a COMPLETE copycat ( despite my fondness of Kakashi XD ). And thanks
