フォルダダブルクックしまーす！！
Does this even make sense in the first place?

リミットフレイワするじゃん？
Katakana was never my forte...I don't even have a clue what this is getting at.

I'm guessing with this one:

あまりの人気ぶりに抽選で当たった者しか入れないのよーっ！！
The super popular raffle drawing is going to be such a hit that you can't help but enter!!

The squiggly text in the top half is really hard to read and I'm not sure what half of it means anyway...so any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

解凍フォルダーダブルクリックしまーす！
Literally, it says that "I'll double click the defrost folder-!"
lol It's funny but I dont know how to put it into English nicely...

リミットブレイクするじゃん？
Again Literally, "It just break my limit you know?"
She means that can't keep herself away (her hands off) from it.

あまりの人気ぶりに抽選で当たった者しか入れないのよーっ！！
グランレガン anime is super popular that's why this line is saying that
It's super popular now so that only those people who won the raffle drawing can get to buy (lit: get to buy= get into the place where they sell グランレガン goods.)

Those text is some picked out line from the グランレガン anime.
お前のタイヤで = using your tire
地を転がれ = roll on the ground
地上回転グランレガン = ground rolling グランレガン

My English is not very good so, please put them into some better English.
Hope it helped you.

I also have a suggestion for this line, I hope maguregumo-san doesn't mind...

解凍フォルダーダブルクリック >> "double-click to extract the folder" or "double click the zip folder"
I kind of work in IT, so I see this a lot on my pc. (And I miss an English operating system...)

リミットブレイク >> "Limit break" as in Final Fantasy 7. Maybe because her brother's all sweaty and looks like he's gonna do a limit break..
Just a suggestion

[maguregumo]

I dont mind it at all b1px-san!
Ahhh I finally understand that "解凍フォルダーダブルクリック" line
and didnt know that limit break was from Final Fantasy!!
Its always good to know the better suggestion ^^

Thank you all so much, especially for the FF7 and click thing.

Just wondering, does the しか in "当たった者しか" refer to the particle しか?

[WinterLion]

Never having learned JP as a foreign language, I can't directly answer your question on whether it's a particle or not, but the しか here means "only."

Only the people that have won[...]

I hope that helps some. ^^
