He wins with blitzing, and organ busting depends on his MP which would be comparable to DDK.

She can organ bust but it is a matter to the strength of her enemy, as she scales to Giant Gajeel who briefly damaged Aldoron, she would scale to other Spriggan where a weakened one could injure Gildarts, really though Haku would still be above that, especially in speed.

Kyria's stats are much higher than Brandish's so I don't get your point. Higher attack power, speed, durability...

incorrect,as Brandish scales to other Spriggans who scale much higher than that of Kyria's who went down to a standard attack from Laxus, and would not likely be able to fight after beaten by Erza/

she manipulated organs before, via Natsu's tumor/demon seed, so if she wanted to organ bust she could.

She has better durability, that's it. Brandish just has to think, to defeat her, Kiria need to moove to use his hax.
I suppose that Brandish is a Spriggan because of his stats then, and not his hax + MP
Brandish MP >> Kyria MP, there was a reason on why she didn't help team Natsu to defeat the Trio on the boat, it would have been too easy for her
