Guess I simply went for the most tempting poll choice. Rocks having these two hair colours, the way his face looks when laughing as well as his differently sized eyes when doing so. Looks like Oda is pointing at something. At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if Oda told us so. But in case they are not related it wouldn‘t hurt too much either.
That said I‘ll gladly take anything that makes Buggy stocks raise even higher.

Pre-reveal, I wanted Rocks to basically be the Buggy of his generation. Turns out he was just super strong and wanted to rule the world and that's basically it.
Post-reveal, I desperately want Buggy to stay as unrelated to all of this as possible. No more special bloodlines or hidden races or Super Daddies or whatever. Buggy is a self-made man, please.
