Here's mine! Although it seems that Metalanime and I had similar ideas as far as the background is concerned O.o; anyways here it is:
EDIT: I added more highlights to Naruto's clothes, the orange was looking pretty flat, but it looks much better now:

pretty amazing coloring guys.. the background looks perfect for the scene..
Metalanime, i think the second one look perfect!..i like the shading and the light effect you've applied..

thanks, really didnt use any lighting effects though, but the outcome seems to say other wise. I think the first one would have been much better had I managed to pick up some of the brightness on certain areas, and elimitaing the line art in the shadow really helps the image overall, that line are really sucks.
