I personally think there should be a rule against claiming a chapter when you alreasy have on claim. So things don't get to far ahead...........or is that already a rule and once again, my eye skipped it?

I think it is an unwritten rule. I mean there is no point on claiming a chapter if you haven't written yours yet. The only rules that I know are:

1. Your chapters can't be back-to-back
2. There should be at least four chapters between your first and second ones.
