OK, based on what we know at the moment, i'd say Ussop wins this.
They both got more buff, and they both showed one new skill each, but Ussop is way more versatile than Chopper's points.
Also, Ussop already fought one of his nakama before, while Chopper was standing there crying. Ussop can abuse this softness.

I'd have to go with Shanks. I think the only reason him and Mihawk fought so much in the past, was due to Shanks beating him. He went on to become one of the Yonkou, which puts him on a level that is considered higher than an individual Shichibukai. Even with one arm, I'd be willing to bet that Shanks could still beat him if he had to.

Lucci vs Crocodile: fight of the best bosses

its quite difficult to say

I think that one of the mistakes that Oda did was ruin in my oppinion the potencial that i think Crocodile had, i mean based on what i know now i think that it shouldnt have been possible for luffy to have defeated Crocodile on that time in Arabasta!

Luccy is also a very strong opponent and it was extremely difficult for luffy to defeat him , but on this time Luffy was already much stronger than what he was against Crocodile , and if i analysed this based in only this i would say that Luccy would win, but this isnt this simple!!! , i think that Crocodile is much stronger than what we saw from him , he has an awesome devil fruit power , a logia which makes him only by that very strong, so i think Crocodile would win.
But if Oda did on this fight the same he did with luffy vs Crocodile one, luccy would definitely win !

i think if we see the real potencial of Crocodile , Crocodile would win i think , it wouldnt be very easy but i think he would definitely show that his skills is still in a higher "rank" than Luccy skills.
