There is this video of Artur saying exactly this. You should check it out.

i know i am not answering the question but the most obvious case of matching astronomy entities and OP characters is BB == Black hole. But again, would be more interesting to know / predict which elder is named after which planet. I think the Old Samurai, would be Mars

What I suspect:

Mercury - Elder

Venus - Elder

Earth - Im

Mars - Elder

Jupiter - Elder

Saturn - Jaygarcia Saturn

Uranus - Princess

Neptune - Shirahoshi (Poseidon is Neptune in Roman)

Pluto - Princess (if Oda includes it in the planet naming scheme)
Don't forget Luffy as the Sun. And there's the idea Blackbeard might be the Moon.

I get Luffy being the sun due to his awakening but why would BB be the moon? Shouldn't he be a black hole?
The Moon was used as symbolism a few times in One Piece, and it does mean something special in the lore, i.e. Lunarians

But it wasn't really used in connection with Blackbeard, Blackbeard clearly symbolizes the absence of light

Yeah, if Luffy is the Sun, then some say Blackbeard would be the Moon or the Black Hole.

Another way of looking at this is that he was not named after a planet but rather after a Roman god, just as the planet itself is named after the Roman god of wealth and agriculture, Saturn. So maybe that's how you should look at it and proceed with a different analysis targeting Roman gods. Oda has a tendency to do this; the ancient weapons are a case in point.

So as of the latest chapter, that leaves Earth, Uranus, and possibly Pluto.

In the previously mentioned arthur video the case is made that imu (mother nature or something to that effect) is the earth in this cosmology.
