You bet your ass-donkey! I don't know how many genuine Kishimoto-committed bloopers there've been to date, but I just found the first one I've ever seen, so take a gander...
If anyone else knows of any genuine art bloopers in Naruto, do tell.

Look at page 7 of chapter 293, at the panel where Orochimaru is standing on a tree limb looking at Naruto transform from a distance. He's just getting done coming out of his skin with his weird new skin-shedding jutsu, which, if you payed attention at the end of 292, he used because he totally lost his left arm fighting Naruto. Now look at the skin he's shedding in this panel. Notice anything yet...?
Answer: Both his previous skin's arms are magically still intact, defeating the very purpose of his using this weird new regeneration technique in the first place. A genuine mistake made by Masashi himself. Isn't that crazy?! No offense to him, the man's a genius, but he's only human. I'm just excited I called this!
