Life Childhood obsessions

I was a Pokemon fanatic with the show, movies(saw the first two in theaters), Cards, Games, and everything else associated with Pokemon. I also loved Thundercats i dont know if anyone else remembers that or not.

when it came to Video Games i was obsessed with Mario Party, I grew up in a religious household so i couldn't play violent video games until i was 13

Pokemon, TV and books. My life revolved around those as a child.
Just ditch the TV and now you see what my current life revolves around -shot-

TV shows I was obesessed with Batman the Animated Series,Batman Beyond,Yu-Gi-Oh!,Superman the Animated Series,Digimon,Justice League.Robocop,Sonic X

My childhood hero was well just guess who wearing out mask with pointy ears,having somekind of flying mammal mark in his chest along with long cape and utility belt.Always used to dress up as him as a child and such it was fun and such

I was obessed with superheroes and anime right from the kid I remember when I sued to watch dragonball Z whenever it came out but I didnt know what it was even about or anything like that but all I really cared about was the fights they were so flashy and cool back then.Well I was obsessed of martial arts even back then and that hasnt went away in these days.

For food I really liked pretty much anything anything went expect broccoli,carrot or anything root type of vegetables as for my favourites I really liked french fries,pizza,pasta.

I liked motorcycles,cars or anything that went fast back then very much I always remember driving with the mini motorcycle my dad bought me as young kid I drove around our house and such so many times until the day was about to end

Games I remember playing Spiderman the videogame in old PS1 and well yeah well I wasnt that much into games as little child but back when PS2 came out I was obsessed I remember playing all the old Sonic games,Devil May Cry the first and the second hell yeah along with that I played Jack and Daxter games

and the whole bunch of series like Cpt. Balu, Chip and Chap, Darkwing Duck. I loved those back then

Gameswise; Crash Bandicoot and Spyro. Notably Spyro 3 and Crash Team Racing. Those were awesome. Too bad recent products of both those brands are so... bad.

My obsessions were: chocolate eggs, ponies, My Little Pony, plushies, mermaids, LEGO, SEGA, roller skates, Disney (especially The Lion King), Harry Potter, fary tails, Cartoon Network, Fox Kids/Jetix, Naruto, Avril Lavigne, Green Day. Maybe I'm forgetting something... Oh, yes. Cats!

Guitars too. How can I forget something so important.

- Pokemon (I still play the games, even though I am 26 years old!)
- Backstreet Boys (in middle school)
- Sailor Moon
- Dragonball Z
- Babysitters Club book series (I read just about all of them and the Little Sister series too)

My childhood was awesome. I was definitely raised in the 90's! :-)

I don't remember being obsessed over something when I was a child ... But there were many things that I loved doing.
I loved playing with barbies. I used to visit Fantasy World and look at the new barbie dolls that they sell. If there was something new I'd buy it .
Coloring books is another thing that I loved. I used to go to the stationery store or any bookstore and buy plenty of them. That reminds, I was obsessed with stationery, especially stickers.

I remember having a period when I was obssesed(in the true sense of the word)about Dragon Ball Z.It was one episode per day around ~2pm,and I was having scholl until ~2pm,and I was running like crazy home hoping the episode didn't start,sometimes (when possible)even ditching the last hour to go home earlier.

Also the same kind of obssesion was with Yu-Gi-Oh! and Cubix,looking back those were great times though 'cause I was small,stupid and happy(ignorance is bliss) and didn't care about anything.I was extremely happy just with watching those animes,anything else didn't matter,unlike these days lol.

I was obsessed with anything Disney related growing; my siblings in Europe would buy us any Disney movie that came out on VHS and have it sent to us in Congo.

Games

Crash Bandicoot, Rayman, Fifa 97(because it had indoor football), Street Fighter( SNES), Knockout Kings( boxing series replaced with Fight Night), Final Fantasy VII, SPeed Freaks,

TV

Dexter Laboratory, Pokemon, Digimon, Captain Planet, Johnny Bravo, Pinky and the Brain, Mystic Knights(came on Fox Kids), Power Rangers, Houkuto no Ken, Saint Seiya, City Hunter, Cat's Eyes, Captain Tsubasa, too many more to list, french show called Club Dorothee showed so many animes. Pretty much all french people grew up watching this.

Saturday morning cartoons were the best as a child. That is the reason why I woke up in the morning on Saturdays no matter how tired I was.
