In many illustrations of what “Death” may look like, he is described as a gaunt figure who rides a sickly and pale (or gray) horse while wielding a scythe much like the grim reaper. and doc q wields a scythe

and his epitaph is god of death. and horseman of death is commonly portrayed as either a gaunt man on a pale horse or a skeleton

and chopper is a doctor who wants to find a cure for all diseases so he can save lives so the biggest opponent the biggest enemy for a doctor is death so it would be fitting for chopper to fight a guy who alludes to the horseman of death

Very heavily hinted to face off especially when Chopper founds out how he uses his way to be a "Doctor" which probably polar opposite of his.

Though not like actual steroids or like New Fishman Pirates ones with very bad side effect as Chopper will improve on it .

Lol Chopper pills was made with science. Not some ancient meds. I'd imagine ancient pills would have horrid side effects or just not work at all...I can see Chopper and Doc Q fighting with medicine and disease respectively. One fights for life and one for death.
