You're also missing out on the fact that the guys side has more than 2 active posters. The rules state there has to be at least two posts before yours.

So, even if I don't post, you guys will be able to continue. It's a different matter when it's 1 on 2. Cuz at 1v2 situations when one poster stops the others are struck as well. So, the best course of action when it's 1v3 or 2v2 is to post as frequent as possible.
