I actually found a preview on twitter( WSJ_manga):

It seems it'll be split in 2; with one part in ch999 and the other part in ch1000.

If you look carefully you can see Jinbei blurred out on the 2nd part that will come out with ch1000.

The WSJ covers will be a joint effort between current authors.

What if chapter 1000 is focused in te world, not in Wano? Like, showing Shanks, Mihawk or I don’t know, but a chapter to show to us how the lives of everyone that comes in contact with the SH chance for better and in the last page Luffy appears in front of Kaido and BM?

Yeah, a masterfully drawn one at that. This appears to be "chapter 2". Don't know if it will be a direct sequel on the Baratie or just a new situation in which he has to save the day through his culinary arts.

Oda also mentioned in Jump Festa that Shanks is going to "begin to move" in 2021.

No because ch999 won't have been physically released by the time Jump Festa happened. But in Oda's message for the panel, he confirmed that he couldn't attend because he was completing the chapter, so it is done already.

For sure. I do though miss the "goofiness" and how simple it looked. The art style is a lot more packed and I think it's lost some "richness" to it, especially when you look at the colour detail.

Though I'd probably say my favourite of Oda's art style was during Enies Lobby to Thriller Bark.
