Since it seems that BB is the last pirate enemy and "as for now" he's on the same level with Kaido, one of Luffy next enemies...
Something will happen to clear the fact that Blackbeard is way much stronger than Kaido.
Maybe Blackbeard will accomplish a feat in wich Kaido failed?
Maybe the two have fought in the past and we're going to hear this story?
Or maybe they will fight in the next chapters, while Luffy is saving Sanji?
It does seem so that Blackbeard appears to be a more or even the most formidable enemy at the end especially to the Straw Hat. I suspect the final showdown will be the battle exchange between them both.

I just feel that BB is going to "take over the world". :loool

This is not quite a prediction, no quite a theory, more like a hunch.
Recently I've been noticing Oda include a very particular symbol-a large sphere surrounded by 8 smaller spheres. 3 main examples are as follows

These flags the citizens wave as Vivi ship departs Alabasta

Franky's shirt(Zou arc)

Kouzuki family crest

This symbol seems to represent something....in addition to these 3 very similar examples there is a variation that seems to be derived from it as well. A sphere with elongated ovals surrounding it.

Kyros' cape medallion
Sabo's belt buckle(as a kid) also has this design.

The variation(with the ovals) is a bit of a stretch, I admit that, but the top 3 examples seem to be related in some way.

The best theory I can recall, which is not mine, but one i think most readers are aware of-is the "one piece world has 8 moons, SHs may travel to space" theory. This theory stems from an astrological display shown on O'hara in the Tree of knowledge.

As we all know now, the Kouzuki clan is an ancient family and the creators of the Ponoglyphs, IT WOULD NOT SURPRISE ME if this symbol does represent these moons.
Enels story of his moon adventure also lends some credit to this "SHs in space" theory as we did see space pirates....

Edit-can i get some help with my spoiler links? Idk why they won't show....thanks

Here's a bone-chilling possibility. Suppose when Vivi's father starts asking the WG about his ancestors and their connection to the poneglyphs, the WG does to Alabasta what it did to Ohara?

I think they'll assassinate him rather than repeat the Ohara stuff, considering he's sick... Possible the CP will execute him, and then say to Vivi he died because of " sickness "

Notice they killed the Ohara scholars not because they were curious about Poneglyphs in the same fashion as Cobra, but they legit had knowledge and the means to decipher the Poneglyph + they knew about history

Imagine letting scholars escape from you, sooner or later the truth about the Void Century would be incovered, with potentially people like Kaido/BM hiring them to deciper the Poneglyph

Vivi may believe the story, but Cobra has divulged to the others his intent, and I don't believe Pell or Chaka would believe it to be a coincidence, especially if they knew that Cobra still had longer than that.

When you think about it, this whole thing could lead Vivi to unravel another conspiracy and possibly reunite with the Straw Hats.

The reappearance of Vivi has already set the stage for some unforeseen situation to happen. It would be a very dangerous thing for Cobra to ask about the history of their ancestors and the connection with the poneglyphs. It would put the World Government on their toes and CP0 may come into action. The WG may try to swing off some generic answers or totally ignore the question during the meeting but would secretly plan to kill Cobra. If this is the case, Cobra and his family are in great danger. But I suppose Vivi and their allies may come into action, which may then meet up with Luffy and his crew. Cobra may die in this war, though I sincerely hope not.

Ooh, here's another interesting theory that I hope will be well accepted. Suppose Oda reveals in the current arc that Sanji has been wearing leg weights since he came back to Sabody? That would mean that he's actually faster and stronger than we've seen so far. Interesting thought?

Sanji isn't seen as a weak character, is he?

We shall see how strong he can be. :teehee

I didn't say he was a weak character. I was just saying that he could be even stronger than he's been shown so far. I mean, Luffy was pushed to his limit on Dressrosa, but we have yet to see the full extent of Zoro and Sanji's power.

A person's strength isn't determined only on physical power. It seems like Sanji may display his other strong talent which is his cooking skill (after such a long break from it), particularly his nakama are coming for him, and starving as well. (Poor Luffy! :teehee)

Notwithstanding all other views, there is no implication of who or what perceives Sanji as a weak character.

Can't say he impressed me post timeskip, I mean he struggled against freaking Vergo... While Zoro Senpai has been trashing anyone except Fujitora
Okay against DD it's only logical he'd lose, but he didn't even make him bleed... Pretty sure Zoro can pull that at least

I still hope Sanji is hiding something else beyond the Diable Jambe and using fire, but then again it is only normal that Luffy and Zoro are stronger than him since they trained with Rayleigh and freaking Mihawk

He did train with one of the most powerful members of the revolutionary army, so he's probably got more skills than we've seen. Besides, would Oda really call this 'the year of Sanji' if he didn't give Sanji a moment to show how powerful he really is?

Year of Sanji could mean the story will focus on Sanji rather than showcasing his strength, which is happening since we're gonna learn about his family and what not

Ivankov and the Okamas cannot compare to Rayleigh and Mihawk no matter how you put it
Let's just hope we'll see Zoro getting serious during the Wano fight in an epic fight

Imagine Zoro using Asura and taking on an army of Samurais... I'm looking forward to the Wano arc more than anything

I can share your sentiments, Zehahaha.

I always thought that Sanji has a lot of potential but not being fully utilised. Perhaps this is just the way Oda wants to present him which gives us the impression that he is the third most powerful person in Straw Hat Pirates. Of course my statement is arguable to some, but at least this is how I feel about it when looking through Sanji's various battles. In this case, I'm only talking about his physical stature in terms of his fighting skills. As I have mentioned before, a person's true power lies more than just physical strength. In fact I would say that Sanji is a successful cook and I have not heard any of his crew members complaining about how bad his cooking is. Many times, when I look at the dishes he brings out to Robin and Nami, they are always very well-presented. Though I know there is the element of his pervertedness in his behaviour, but he is always smiling happily when serving them. I can imagine when he is in the kitchen, he may be humming or singing while preparing and cooking. Someone who cooks with a happy heart (and love) will always gives a good taste to the food. All the Straw hat members loves his cooking.

The year of Sanji is coming along as Sanji's background and family are gradually revealing to us. I'm not sure if there will be a fight among him and his family, be it physically or verbally, but there will be some (long) conversations going on. Perhaps it may even be arguments among themselves. I'm thinking of some tripartite, foursome or even multiple parties involvement. A lot of stuff is coming our way. :^_^

Maybe it's a sun, like the one of Sun Pirates. They were violently opposing mainly WG, we know that Fisher Tiger is seen as a revolutionary hero by the Gorgon Sisters, so I can guess that it's the same for most of the ones that were saved by him.
That sun was more sharp-shaped, so I could guess that this sun with a more gentle shape represents an ideology less extreme that is slowly gaining ground among people: slow reformation instead of flaming revolution.
And If it's like this, those who follow this ideology will try to reach "change" trough reformation until WG will try to crush even this way of thought. (a classic, when we talk about dictatorship.)

Nami: hey Sanji, our fake marriage contract costs you 1000000. So do you want to pay cash or credit?

Sanji: :stare !!!

This might explain why Lola received the order going back to Paradise ( & enter EB).

the entire story is narrated by Usopp in a far off future. He will be subjected to the Perennial Youth Operation to save his life, he will survive Kaya, he will rule as God in Skypiea for many years and then he will choose to disappear from history like Shakky has done before.

What if Kaidou was Big mom's ex husband and they used to be in the same crew but after they got divorced started their own crew to fight each other. I believe Kaidou is crazy enough to bang BM and they have similar size.

What do you guys think about my craziest theory?
