This is an extremely far-fetched and baseless theory that I think would be awesome. So, Kaido has a ton invested in the production of these artificial devil fruits and since he has incredible influence he has found out that Ceasar the Clown was captured and is on his way to Dressrosa.
Big Mom knows Luffy is on dressrosa and knows about Ceasar as well. Somehow her crew members will be defeated and in a fit of rage she is going to go to Dressrosa to avenge them/ get the secret to artificial df production. So she will come to dressrosa.
The alliance of Kid, Scratchman and Hawkins is aiming for a head of a Yonko. Kid has been taking down Big Mom ships and in one of those attacks which he and the other Supernovas do together, he finds out that Big Mom is outside of her island and on her way to dressrosa. So they decide to go to Dressrosa to fight her.
Kyros has fought doflamingo and with the help of luffy he is almost completely defeated when kaido arrives. Kaido takes him down with just a slap. Kaido faces Luffy ready to kill him asking where Ceasar is, when they see Big Mom's ship (by this time they are outside of the palace because it was destroyed in an awesome fight). Big Mom and Kaido face off when the other supernovas arrive. They are watching the fight completely overwhelmed and it's a sick fight until.... Kaido kills Big Mom. Now a tired Kaido faces off against Luffy, Kid, Scatchman, Hawkins, Vice Admirals and other marines (it would be great if both Fujitora and Aokiji were there). Fujitora Aokiji and the super rookies all work together, and it is shown that Fujitora is on the same level as aokiji (some people are doubting the strength of the new admirals) Kaido completely destroys them all without breaking a sweat and then flees.
Yonko balance destroyed creating uproar setting up hundreds of possible story lines and ways in which luffy can get stronger. Ultimate super rookie alliance set up for the future. Yonko strength introduced. Admiral level restored. I don't see a cooler set up.
Most of this is pretty crap, but I do genuinely think that one Yonko will defeat another.
