Luffy will meet Roger again, and every Straw Hat crew will meet their loved ones who died. Davy Jones' Locker, though I don't know if it was a real life thing or not among the sailors. Got it from Pirates of the Caribbean, and I figured it might have been a real life thing. Might even provide closure.

Either Akainu will be the final boss, or he'll be Luffy's ally due to circumstancs.

Figured out that any conclusion from this would be too speculative to have a separated thread for it. Anyhow, this here is hype. Although a Garp/Dragon/Luffy backstory may seem a given for many hardcore fans at this point, I think it's valuable to hear the author addressing the topic directly. What do you guys think?

Currently, the biggest mistery is who is Luffy's mother: I suspect that after Luffy's birth she was kidnapped by Tenryuubitos to become a bride, Dragon asked Garp to try to reason with them, only to see her turning into a slave, suffering until her death.

This seems enough to justify his mission.

That's why Marco told everyone he has a type of haki not much can even stand next too.

He also already told and stated Marco joining his crew when he asked him when he got on that ship for his meeting with Whitebeard.

I wondered what would happen if a devilfruit user besides chopper would consume a rumble ball.
In his case it clearly awakenes his df powers. Maybe in the 2 y skip he learned to make it non df specific.

A reasonable way to get other crewmembers like luffy and brook a powerup and a pointer what else they can do with their df.

Besides, in the current fight luffy needs some (chewing) gum powers to patch his side up.

Roger was not the first pirate king. Any pirate king before him likely came decades before Roger to the point that the World Government could erase the pirate king/s from history, like they did with the Void Century and Buster Call. There's a decent chance that some areas put up statues or some sort of commemoration of Roger, like Dressrosa did with the Coliseum warriors, but the World Government took it out or destroyed it to prevent people from seeing Roger in a good light. Interesting how those who knew Roger spoke of him in a good light, but those that haven't met him criticized him.

Nami will gain Zeus and the entire Totto Land will be in chaos allowing the SH crew to escape. She will not die, but after a chat with her own perception of Mother Caramel, BigMom's soul will return to her body and sleep.

Apparently most of us agree that the 2nd in command of the future Pirate King will eventually master all types of haki, just like Silvers Rayleigh with Roger.

The Monster Quartet will be able to use Color of Conqueror, or at least the original Monster Trio. Would be a good way to have them surpass Roger's crew, at least if Sanji's equivalent couldn't use Color of Conqueror.

I don't think Sanji showed any disposition for CoC. I actually think "Captain", "God", "Sogeking" Usopp is more likely to have it.

CoC isn't about bravery, it's about inspiring leadership. Like Usopp did with his Usopp Pirates, Oimo and Kashi in EL and the former toys in Dressrosa. But whatever it was just crackpot. I'd be surprised if anyone else aside from Zoro gets it.
