I think that Pudding probably awakened her third eye tribe powers shortly after the WCI arc ended because Sanji helped her get over her trauma and self-hatred over having a third eye she thought was ugly. Remember guys, Big Mom explicitly asked Pudding on panel if her third eye had awakened yet in a way that implied she asks this every other time she sees Pudding, and GODA does not just introduce stuff like this for no reason.

However, in a dangerous twist of fate I think that this ability will be turned against her and she would get kidnapped by the Blackbeard Pirates who kidnap her along with getting a rubbing of Big Mom's Poneglyph. And Oda would do all this so that the BB pirates have a way to read the Poneglyphs and get to Raftel in pursuit of Luffy and the Straw Hats, who will probably get there first imo.
The BB Pirates could also try to kidnap Robin too at Wano, when Blackbeard kills Kaido to eat a piece of his heart, steal his DF, and get his 'invincibility', which fixes Blackbeard's greatest weakness, his low durability. This would be because Blackbeard might not trust Pudding to be good enough with the Voice of All Things to fully read Poneglyphs, or she might not have awakened her powers fully by the time she gets kidnapped. However, I think that a kidnapping attempt on Robin could fail, because Oda might think it repetitive to do another kidnapping arc with Robin needing to be rescued. Plus, Luffy has very overpowered future sight now, and the Straw Hats are strong enough in general that it could easily end up being very hard to capture her. The BB Pirates do have some cheat like abilities with invisibility and etc, which will be enough for them to sneak into wano imo, but Luffy is still very overpowered now which would make kidnapping Robin hard if he is nearby, it'd have to be while luffy was busy fighting elsewhere.
The BB Pirates kidnapping Pudding for her Voice of All Things abilities would also give Oda a reasonable way to bring Pudding back into the story as someone for Sanji to save and show her character growth and expand on the relationship between Sanji and her. Not that romance is a focus of one piece, of course, but it would make sense to me for her to come back into the story.
