Actualy the big final war everyone talking about is getting closer, at some point every one/ party has to take a side (i am not saying being part of the grand fleet), add to that mihawk's words about luffy's easyness to make allies, not to mention Whitebeard back up during the marine ford events, so yes, i really think Vegapunk could be an ally and as part of that alliance, he could give SH any favor from saving him from CP0.

But I think that asking it for the sake of Yamato joining is kinda of... random?

They could ask for a prosthetic leg for Zeff, and it would make more sense

i don't understand what you mean exactly, VP knew Clover before the Ohara buster call, so i think he could have met the scholars as well at least once before they get killed.

Aging. Seraphim are presumably child-like, because they've been created somewhat recently. Stussy, the first clone, is 20-something. Meaning clones of Olvia or Clover would be around 20-year-olds presumably.

Well my thoughts are more about VP trying to clone great people for a better world, aging was not relevant point, i felt like there was something not consistent in the idea.

They probably have a sci-fi system for sharing energy and nutrients from York to the others. I don't think Blackbeard will have much to do with anything sci-fi.
