Create a Mask Contest

Welcome to the MangaHelpers "Create a Mask" Contest. In light of the break, we have decided to have a small event to bridge the gap a little. The theme is simple: imagine a mask for a TG character who is affiliated with the CCG.

Participation Rules:

All members may join the contest.
In order to submit a design, send me a PM with the mask design, the character it is for and optionally a short paragraph explaining the concept.
You are allowed to submit multiple designs, but only one design per character.
You may use any technique, from drawing, to photomontage and image editing. Scanning something you've drawn on paper is fine as is using software like Photoshop (if you don't have one, there a browser based alternative here).
Submitting a mask not following the theme will result in an automatic disqualification.
Plagiarizing is not allowed.

Schedule:

Designs may be submitted until Thursday, August 13, 12 AM GMT +0.
The voting period will take place after the end of the submission period until Tuesday, August 18, 12 AM GTM +0.
Whoever has the most votes at the end of the voting period wins the contest. The winner will receive a badge.

If you have any further questions, please either post them in this thread or ask me via PM.

You are also encouraged to use this thread to discuss ideas and concepts or show off your designs and ask for improvements before submitting them.

Lastly, I would like to encourage you to participate even if you're not confident in your artistic skills. The point of this contest is to come up with good design concepts, not necessarily the perfect piece of art. Please keep this in mind when voting as well.

Entry #1:

For: Arima
Additional Comments: Combining the knight theme with the suit of spades Arima has been associated with as well as his original hair colour.

Entry #2:

For: Kijima
Additional Comments: Because we all know he wishes he were pretty.
