Here's mine:

Maximus - He's a Basking Shark type fishman. With very large jaw and neck. His shoulders are steep, and very well built chest. He has a large belly but with visible 6 packs.

He is very laid back, with occasionally making random statements that can put the people around him into an awkward situation. However, he doesn't seem to care about this shortcoming.

He loves women, especially human women. He wants to travel around the world to experience women of different races.

With a gigantic mouth, he's able to suck in the water vapor around him (if his enemies stand too close, they are at a risk of having water dried out of their body) to form water based attacks, thus negating some of the disadvantages of fishmen fighting on land. Though poccessing fearsome abilities, he complains everytime he has to fight and more than often tries to get his brother to fight for him.

His favorite phrase is, "My jaws sore, can you massage it?"

Hexus- Brother of Maximus. He is an electric eel type merman. He's a giant for a merman, even somewhat larger than the current mermaid princess. Most of his mass are his lower fish-like body, which makes him look almost like a serpent due to its length. Having a serpent-like lower half allows him to adapt to move on land by slithering like a snake.

Unlike his older brother, Hexus is very decisive and quick-thinking. Though not aggressive, he is not shy from resorting to fighting. With unflinching and piercing eyes, he fights like a machine, without showing any emotions. His philosophy is to get things done without all the drama bullcrap.

Due to his large size, his favorite way of fighting is to wrap his serpent-like body around enemy's ship. Using both his tremendous amount of muscles and the ability to discharge large amount of electricity, he can destroy an entire ship (provide it's not too big).

Epithet: Infinte Army (Also call 'Prime')

Personality: He is fairly lazy and bossy because of his power but is still a smart and cunning person and has a slightly cocky charm about him.
Abilities: Ate the Kuron Kuron no Mi which gave him the ability to make near identical clones of himself (the only difference being they do not share his scars). Darvoro can connect to these clones like a hive mind. Though a disadvantage of this is when a clone dies it feels like a limb being torn off.
He is fairly strong and fast also having the ability to use the CoA haki, though his clones do no possess the power to use haki.
Crew: Darvoro has a relativly small crew of only five others besides himself but when you include his multiple clones the crew is quiet the impressive force.
Bounty: 230,000,000 Beli
History: Darvoro Vorem was born in the North Blue in a small village. He grew up with simple dreams of moving to a larger city and becoming a master architect. That is until one day when he was seventeen where he came upon a merchant who frequented the village offered to sell him an odd fruit for cheap. Darvoro, his natural curiosity took over and he bought and ate the fruit turning him into a clone man. After that his family and village shunned him so he left to make a name for himself as a pirate. He gathered a few strong individuals to become part of his crew before taking off to the Grandline. He made a name for himself attacking Marines and other pirates alike, but during the battle he was scarred and was surprised to find his clones didn't have a scar when made so he was easily identifiable.

Appearance: Wet dark hair, he wears an old worn out captain hat and clothes (like an old seaman), dark eyes, always carrying a lantern which he uses with his devil fruit, always seen with a malevolent grin. Also has a two handed sword on his back

Personality: Rarely talks, cruel in battle, sinks ships (both marine and pirate) for the fun of it, he is very cunning about the world and its dangers, strategic, he doesn't see himself as a pirate.

Abilities: Being a strategist, he can easily pinpoint an enemys strengths and weaknesses and also come up with a good strategie to beat him quickly. He ate the soul fruit giving him the ability to manipulate and capture human souls in objects (in this case his lantern) after they died, and also use them to fight. After using the soul it returns to where it belong after 1 minute. He uses this devil fruit to capture the leader of a pirate crew or a marine boss every time he sinks a ship. He can only have one soul at a time.
He is also an above average swordsman. He uses his swordsmanship when he can't use his devil fruit.

History: He is from the grand line. He was born on an autumn island with heavy rains and storms. He was once a merchant and a happy man but after his ship was attacked by pirates and sunk, he was the only one to survive. He sailed out to find the pirates who sunk his ship and to avenge his crew. Growing stronger each day he eventually found a devil fruit and ate it.

Vezsarro(Vezs for short), freestyle brawler painter & Captain Of The FatCap Pirates, a graffiti inspired crew. He sports a well maintained afro that he hides markers & caps for spraycans in. An overweight dark-skinned pirate who wears blue paint-stained overalls with painting tools like rollers, brushes, craft knives & more caps(for variety in his spray work)stuffed in his pockets.

Is usually found sketching variations of his crews jolly roger in a blackbook & as such hasn't settled on a design he likes, much to his crews chagrin. He is prone to making long inspirational speeches, that even move his opponents but are total hogwash upon closer inspection, luckily nobody ever closely inspects!

History: one day, during a week like any other, he went on a drinking binge with his friends, only to wake up having painted his best, tag, ever all over his towns Marine headquarters! This just happened to be on a day when an young overzealous marine(who they had run ins with before) was having his town inspected by his superiors, & the desecration of the hq crushed his dreams of promotion.

To get back in his superiors good graces the young marine attempted to clean all of Vezs'(a local painting hero)pieces from every surface. This included a mural of his master who, after a similar binge drinking incident, ended up being chased across paradise by the equally promotion hungry father of the marine who he's having problems with now! On having his work destroyed Vezs & his crew proceeded to thrash the young marine & his visiting superiors for the slight & left their tag all over their vessel, the Marine & World Government flags & the marines themselves!

Finding documents onboard the marine vessel indicating his mentor was alive & still being chased, now in the New World, he decides to form a crew with his friends & go after him collecting fruits & plants from the islands he passes as paint materials to mark his journey with the end goal of comparing blackbooks with his mentor... & to get up to some big drinking!

The young marine who he tagged wakes up a few days later &(in a tradition longer than he or Vezs realises!)gives chase promising not to clean the tags from his body until he catches & arrests Vezs! He becomes known as The Stinky Justice!

An legendary martial artist who had mastered the ying and yang energies within his body. After losing a duel with another kung fu master (I will later introduce this guy), he hid himself in the mountainous areas of the Red Line, finding the simple joy in gardening and training with the vicious flying beasts that called that place home.

In addition, he used to be a famous doctor who has utilised his knowledge in the ying and yang energies in his practice in North Blue. His philosophy is to cure without altering physically any part of the human body. Unfortunately, the other master who later defeated had also been a doctor with a completely different philosophy in his practice, leading the two masters/doctors to a duel. The duel resulted in Cheng Fu's loss.

After 20 years, he decides to leave his hiding place after seeing the other master who had defeated him made headlines in the newspaper for making medical advancement using the methods in which Cheng Fu detested. Now, his destination is the New World, where his old enemy now resides.

Today, he looks like a accentric 5"5 old man that most people with kids would want to avoid. White hair covers his wrinkled face, though his gaze are unfocused and seemingly weak during normal circumstance, it can gives off a tremendous amount of killing intent and fighting spirit when he is serious. The marines put a 120,000,000 beri on his head, not knowing that 20 years of isolation and intense training has made a man much more dangerous than that bounty.

He had further mastered ying and yang in his 20 years of isolation. His left hand can freeze a person on a gentle touch, while his right hand can reduce a person to burnt meat (remember, he can't actualy produce any fire or ice like devil fruit user; he simply transfer the ying and yang energy from his body into the enemies upon contact).

Backstory :

Said to be the prettiest maiden of her land , was expelled from the kingdom when she refused to marry him . Was abandoned by her lover who sided with the king in exchange for his families life .

Wandering the earth trying to find her place , she came across the Cloth Cloth Fruit as a gift from a noble who had a crush on her . Learning her past , he kicked her out as he felt that it might ruin his reputation .

Thinking that fate couldn't get any worse and could only get better, she kept moving on . Alas , was caught and raped by a group of men leaving her with a scar on her mind .

The only thing she now had were the fruit and the clothes on her body . She ate the fruit out of sheer confusion in her mind as to what to do .

Ofcource at the time she had no idea what a Devil Fruit was , learned that she could apparently control any type of cloth in any way she liked . Already driven half crazy , she started killing everyone in sight .

She started gathering a group to crush the king who had forced her to flee . Her looks and charms came in handy and in a month was raiding the empire and killing the king while granted her relief from her pain and anger only to realize what she had done . She fell into deep sorrow and hijacked one of the kings ships and with her crew left the country for the Grand Line where she had heard of the existence of the White pearl which is said to be able to take away all your sorrow and pain .

She traveled the gland line in her ship which was redecorated with multiple string of silk hanging from the ship . Combined with cloth cloth , the ship carries extremely destructive power and the silk allows its beauty to shine in the crescent moon .

It is said that if u view that ship at night , you will never forget it . It is also said to have inspired Leoro Patrico to have created his masterpiece after looking at the "Silver Maiden" (name of the ship) exiting thick fog at the night of a crescent moon .

Goal : To find and use the White Pearl to finally relieve her of her misery .

Jolly Rogers : Has a silk scarf going around the skulls neck and has a small flower pattern made on the forehead of the skull .

Pirate Crew Name: The Kilted Pirates

Appearance/Backstory: Standing at eight meters tall with his face looking like its consumed with With his sun orange hear and beard reaching down to his waist. Wearing a majestic Kilt with a Brown leather Captains Jacket with the Jolly Roger on the back saying the The Kilted Pirates Wielding a beastly Claymore that is bigger than he is but he Wields it as if it were a feather. Having a scar was given to him from when a Violent World Government hit man killed his father who was a deserter of the World Government and was not to be trusted with many shocking secrets that he knew. The Hit man grew to be so Violent that he slashed at Hamish's chest leaving him with a massive scar on his chest. He is also very built and has eyes that make everyone quiver with fear.

His Dream: to raid the seas with no morals until the man that killed his father had noticed him and would be sent to take care oh him and then at that time Hamish would strike him down for killing his father. until then he raids the seas causing chaos where ever he went.

1/4 giant, same body built as whitebeard but a little taller.
he looks something like a mix of brock lesnar (body built and face) and hannibal (aura of anthony hopkins).

Story:
his father (300,000,000 bounty) was a half giant pirate (missing or dead already).
he was born prematurely ripping open his mother's womb (effectively killing her). he was raised by his grandfather (who's a little bit psychotic) until the age of 5 where he accidentally killed him by choking.
after that, he ran away, wandered to the jungles where he was nurtured by a pack of lions (the big ones where luffy trained) for a few years before eating them.
then he was raised by a bunch of animals until the age of 15.
he went back to his home to figure out his identity, but was apprehended by the marines after realizing his identity. (wanted for killing his grandfather)
he escaped, killed a bunch of marines and went on a psychotic rage up to the present time. without goal and remorse he kills everyone that doesn't agree with him.

Personality: like to drink rum and in almost always sick from it but he is a man of little words and is passive that likes to avoid violence when possible but will get serious when needed
Story: He has never known his mother and when he was a small child from a town once controlled by the marines in the south blue. The revolutionaries on their mission to overturn power attacked his city from rogue orders of an officer of the revolution. During the attack on his home town his father and sister was killed.
To earn money he decided to join the revolutionaries to get revenge for his father and sister and is now an ex-revolutionary because rebelled against dragon as he wanted to try and take revenge during this fight dragon learns what happens and let him flee and deals with the officer in charge of the attack on his home town.
Now all he wants is to travel to the sea and master the little control of Busoshoku Haki that he trained while in the revolutionaries. His idea is to become pirate king to unite the sea and then remove the marines from power and dragon also.
Abilities: Just before while fleeing he stole a devil fruit he ate the paint-paint fruit which allows him to either create objects like Mr. 3 with his wax while have a liquid body allot like the guy from the one-piece movie that has a candy body.

Crew: 20-30 people with a second in command that has a bounty of 95,000,000 who a pterodactyl devil fruit power but not awakened and a gun man who lost his arm and replaced it with a cannon (a bit like frankys but always out) who has a 15,000,000

Backstory: (Exposition seems a bit boring so I'll just write a story instead. Hopefully this should give you a good read of his personality as well)

"So what do you think?" Kikou asks as he clubs a Marine with his rifle.

"Sorry, could you repeat that?" Tessa, Tito's First Mate, says as she cuts down another Marine, her arm in the form of a blade due to the power of her Supa Supa no Mi. "I couldn't hear you over that cannon fire."

"Why do you think they're called poop decks?" Kikou repeats, ducking under a swing from an enemy's morningstar. "They've got nothing to do with poop."

"Well, that's obvious," Tessa says, beheading a Marine calmly while slowly backing up, their enemies circling around them.

"Really? I can't think of a reason and it's distracting me." Kikou jumps over another swing, evading the morningstar, then knocks the Marine out with his rifle and spins it in one hand, shooting another in the chest point-blank. He winces from the recoil. "Ow..."

"Evolution of language," Tessa explains. "Poop deck was probably derived from an older word, and when it translated into English it had the bad fortune of having a synonym for a more vulgar vernacular."

"Oh, that makes sense." Kikou and Tessa are now back to back, fighting against a ring of Marines. One lunges forward and manages to stab Kikou in the stomach, but to his surprise Kikou ignores the sword in his gut, continuing to fight with no hint of pain. Having the Bara Bara no Mi allows Kikou the occasional lapse in concentration, at least when it comes to fighting enemies with bladed weapons.

"But that confuses me," Kikou continued, pulling the sword out of his gut and using it against his bewildered opponent, "if language has evolved so that 'poop' has two meanings, shouldn't we call the poop deck something else? See, you can't even call it that without cracking up inside." He smirked at the thought.

"Well that's only a problem for certain minds wanting of maturity." Tessa replies calmly. She suddenly spins around, her entire arm turning into a blade as she slashes through Kikou's body and into the Marines Kikou was fighting. Without missing a beat, Kikou's separated halves reform on the other side; he snatches a pistol from Tessa's belt and unloads into the face of one Marine before going back into battle.

"But your proposal has a more relevant problem," Tessa continues. "You can't simply choose to call something by another name. People are too used to it; it's ingrained in their culture. You'd have to force everyone to use a different term, and short of ruling the world that's impossible."

"Hm. Good point." Kikou kills the last Marine, then tries to flip his rifle in one hand again and fails, flinching as it drops to the deck of his ship. "I guess I'll just have to add that to the list of things to do once I become Pirate King. Tess?"

Tessa unrolls a scroll that falls to her feet, making a small note at the border; the scroll is almost completely filled with "things to do when I'm Pirate King - by Kikou". "Done," she says, rolling up the scroll.

Kikou smiles, surveying his ship and his crew members who are now scrambling across the deck to assess damages and take care of the injured. Some have already swung into the Marine's Battleship to see if there are any valuables they can salvage.

"Hey..." Kikou frowns suddenly, "do you think they'll raise my bounty? I like the number I'm at right now."

"I doubt they'll know what you like, Captain," Tessa says -- but then noticing Kikou's disappointed look adds, "--but you never know."

Turned out to be a tad longer than I intended...and here's Tessa's profile. Kikou's epithet, btw, comes from all the collateral damage he and his crew (unintentionally) cause...as in, insurance is what you need to survive a visit from the Spazzy Pirates.
