Elfseria is literally stronger than every character you listed. In his prime he defeated a dragon god.
George is probably stronger but since he has no feats we can't scale him.

We have to enlist slayer advantage too that Elefseria has while fighting a dragon. But yeah, he probably is stronger than all. I rank Georg below him though as nothing had been said about him beating a DG.

She was already recovered from her more important fights enough to get into the next important one. Can Erza’s enchantments affect Selene’s human form?
